Limbusine Availability (as at 2/3/10)
Payment
A $250 non-refundable deposit (taken off the total balance) is required to reserve the vehicle and date with full payment due 14 days prior to the booking date otherwise the booking may be cancelled.
Payment can be received by direct deposit, cash, cheque or money order.
Golden West Entertainment reserves the right to cancel any booking under the following circumstances: Clients endanger themselves or the chauffeur; Excessively inappropriate behavior; Verbal or physical abuse of the chauffeur; Damages caused by clients to any property of Golden West Entertainment’s Limbusine (including unpleasant conditions e.g. sickness); Clients can not be located within 1 hour of pre arranged pickup. If a booking is cancelled for any of the reasons mentioned above, the full amount is still required and action will be taken to recover any additional costs.
